On a bus traveling a long stretch of road, Simone was anticipating going to a city that it was headed to. The bus came to a stop and the driver said, “Last stop. Everyone off.” Simone exited the bus and immediately came to a sign that said, “Citiesville, half a mile away.” “But we’re nowhere near the city!” said Simone. “This is as far as I’m going to go,” replied the bus driver. “You can either walk the rest of the way there or take the next bus back because I’m not going anywhere near that city! And to that I say good day, miss.” After the doors closed, the bus drove off on the only available turn on the road. “Well, this is just great!” said Simone. “What’s so bad about Citiesville that buses won’t stop at the city itself?
